Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the InstructAI website and describe how we engage with clients. Please read them carefully.

Service description
InstructAI produces accessible explainer videos for higher-education institutions, research labs, and academic publishers. This website provides information about our services and a contact form for inquiries. It does not itself deliver video production services, and browsing this site does not create a client relationship.
Use of this site
You may browse the public pages of this site without an account. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false or misleading contact inquiries, scraping content for commercial use, or introducing malware or harmful code. We may restrict or block access where we believe misuse has occurred.
Engagements
Any production engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These terms do not create a binding service relationship by themselves, and no engagement begins until a written agreement is in place. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Intellectual property
Content on this site — including text, graphics, and the InstructAI wordmark — is owned by or licensed to InstructAI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission. Completed video deliverables are governed by the intellectual-property terms in the applicable client agreement.
Acceptable use of deliverables
Clients receive deliverables subject to the license granted in their signed agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables are licensed for the client's internal and educational distribution purposes and may not be resold or sublicensed without written consent.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstructAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, nor for any loss resulting from reliance on site content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold InstructAI harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InstructAI is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of this site will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to its exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The 'last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
