Information we collect
We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, institution, role, email address, and message. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. Basic server logs (IP address, request time, and user agent) may be retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
How we use your information
Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry about a potential video engagement and to scope a proposal. We do not send marketing email to contacts who have not requested it, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and any resulting engagement. If no engagement results, we delete submission records upon request or after a reasonable period not to exceed 24 months. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and the record-keeping period required by the applicable client agreement.
Third parties
We use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) to operate this site and respond to inquiries. These providers process limited data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We do not disclose contact-form data to any other third party except where required by law.
