Accessibility Statement
InstructAI is committed to making this website, and every video we produce, accessible to everyone — including visitors with disabilities. This statement documents our current practices and how to reach us with concerns.

Our commitment
We design this website to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA wherever feasible, with attention to color contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic structure, and screen-reader compatibility. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time audit, and we welcome specific feedback.
Conformance status
We have not yet completed a formal third-party WCAG 2.2 AA audit of this site. We have reviewed it against WCAG 2.2 criteria during development and continue to remediate issues as they are identified. This statement will be updated when a formal audit is complete.
WCAG 2.2 success criteria we address
In addition to the WCAG 2.1 criteria carried forward into 2.2, we design and test against the success criteria introduced in WCAG 2.2: Focus Appearance (2.4.11), so that keyboard focus indicators are clearly visible against adjacent content; Focus Not Obscured — Minimum (2.4.12) and Focus Not Obscured — Enhanced (2.4.13), so focused elements remain visible and are not hidden by sticky headers or other overlapping content; Dragging Movements (2.5.7), so that functionality operable by dragging is also operable by a single pointer without dragging; Target Size — Minimum (2.5.8), so that pointer targets are at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels except where an exception applies; and Consistent Help (3.2.6), so that help mechanisms are offered in the same relative order across pages.
Captioning
Every explainer video we deliver includes accurate captions. We offer both verbatim and edited caption tracks depending on the audience, and we coordinate caption localization with native reviewers for multilingual deliverables. Captions are delivered as a sidecar file and, where appropriate, burned in as open captions.
Transcripts
A full text transcript accompanies every video deliverable. Transcripts are formatted for screen-reader readability and include speaker labels and relevant non-speech audio cues where they aid comprehension.
Audio description
Where a film's meaning depends on visual information not conveyed in the narration, we produce an audio-described version. We identify the need for audio description during scripting so it can be planned rather than retrofitted.
Accessible video player
Our delivery player supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, captions and transcripts, and respects user motion preferences. We test playback with assistive technology before release and provide accessible embed guidance to client institutions.
Compatibility
This site is designed to be usable with current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. We do not guarantee full compatibility with older browsers or uncommon assistive technology, but we will address reported issues where feasible.
